- Job Summary:
Sanford Federal, Inc. is seeking a dedicated and experienced Supervisor to oversee staff and operations within our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for hiring, training, scheduling, and managing staff to meet the objectives of Sanford Federal, Inc’s contract with the VA. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and a commitment to exceptional customer service.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Staff Management: Hire, train, schedule, and manage staff effectively to meet the goals of the contract. Ensure a high level of performance and adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Customer Relations: Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers. Address any concerns or feedback promptly and efficiently.
- Training and Development: Continuously work on improving staff services through effective training programs and initiatives.
- Contract Management: Take an active role in enhancing and updating the duties related to the contract. Ensure all activities align with the objectives and requirements.
- Compliance Enforcement: Enforce company policies, including the no-tipping policy and uniform requirements.
- Reporting and Communication: Adhere to the meeting and reporting requirements, Prepare and deliver monthly incident reports.
- Safety Management: Promptly identify and report any safety hazards. Ensure incidents are logged and communicated to relevant parties.
- Coordination with Sanford: Work closely with Points of Contact (POCs) to ensure consistent training and support for screening and escort personnel.
- Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a supervisory or management role.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in report writing and documentation.
- Education:
Bachelor’s degree in health administration, Business Management, Nursing, or related field preferred.
- Working Conditions:
- This position may require flexible working hours, including weekends and evenings.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.81 per hour
