Summary:
This individual is expected to provide Scalable Error Proofing (SEP) related support, including system configuration, configuration testing, issue tracking, phone support, documentation, presentations, CAD drawings, training, System Acceptance Tests (SATs).

Job Responsibilities:
- Configure Error Proofing Actions (EPAs).
- Conducts System Acceptance Tests (SATs).
- Assist plants with User Acceptance Tests (UATs).
- Provide technical support for training of plant personnel.
- Travel to plant sites as required.
- High level of understanding of Plant Floor Manufacturing Systems and how they integrate and function in the manufacturing environment.
- Proficient with computers, computer hardware and networks.
- Proficient with CIMPLICITY HMI software.
- High level of oral and written communications skills.
- High level of interpersonal skills to work effectively with others.
- Capable of using independent judgment.
- Capable of supervision.
- Certified in applicable GM Plant Floor Systems training courses.
