Erp Implementation Consultant

We are currently in search of a dedicated and experienced ERP Implementation Consultant to join our client's fast-paced team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, configuring, and training clients on ERP software. This position is vital in ensuring that the ERP system is effectively integrated into the client's organization's business process and is running smoothly. Travel is required when needed to client sites, otherwise remote with occasional office visits. Responsibilities:

1. Manage ERP software installation, along with regular updates and system upgrades.

2. Configure, test, and troubleshoot ERP systems to meet business needs.

3. Coordinate with various teams, including project management, business analysts, and end-users to ensure smooth implementation.

4. Design and provide user training on various ERP modules, promoting best practices and efficient use of the system.

5. Identify process bottlenecks and propose appropriate ERP system solutions.

6. Collaborate with technical teams to implement bug fixes, system modifications, and system improvements.

7. Provide technical support and guidance to users post ERP implementation.

8. Generate and update project status reports, process documentation, user manuals, and troubleshooting guides.

9. Assist with system integration, data conversion, and testing during the ERP implementation process.

Required Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field.

2. Proven experience in ERP implementation, preferably with certification in specific ERP systems.

3. Excellent understanding of business operations and processes, with experience in project management and business analysis.

4. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.

5. Exceptional communication skills, with a strong ability to train and support non-technical users.

6. Ability to manage multiple tasks, set priorities, and meet deadlines.

7. Knowledge of change management and business process reengineering.
