Currently, we are seeking a ERP/System Developer for our IT/IS Department.
Position Purpose
Under general supervision of the IT/IS Management and supervisors. The ERP/System Developer 1 will assist in performing software development analysis and tasks. The position also assists in providing error investigation, maintenance, testing, and client support for the developed business system processes and software applications. The languages used include, but are not limited to, C++, C#, HTML and SQL query utilizing a verity of tools such as MS Visual Studio, Infor Mongoose (MS .NET), Infor CPQ Design Studio.
Essential Job Functions (primary duties and outputs of position)
- Assist in the design and creation of databases and online reports to support Business process transactions, project measurement and data analytics.
- Assist in the design of automated business systems and develop enhancements to existing systems.
- Monitor the efficiency of current processes and systems.
- Participate in the analysis of applications and system requirements (hardware and software) and transform them into technical designs.
- Assist in the development implementation and testing of computer hardware and software applications.
- Create documentation to support business processes and software applications.
- Assist in writing, modifying, implementing and debugging of application software.
- Support and training for ERP business functions and transactions.
- Troubleshooting programs as needed, assisting in modifying computer software and hardware while reaching all enterprise goals within a given deadline.

- Communicate with non-technical staff about resource-planning software and participate in technical meetings to suggest ways to use fewer company resources while improving efficiencies.

Education/Work Experience Requirements
- Enrolled in or have obtained a Bachelor of Computer Science degree or a minimum of 1 to 2 years' experience in the field of software development.
- 2 or more years of experience with computer systems Helpdesk.
- An entry level understanding of languages and technologies used to include but not limited to: Microsoft .Net, C++, C#, HTML and SQL.
- Strong interpersonal skills, self-motivated, and detail oriented.
- Introductory knowledge of workstations hardware and networks.
- Has worked well in a team with close supervision.
Physical/Travel Requirements
This position requires sitting, typing and working at a computer station 80% of the time. Ability to reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Walking or standing during the normal course of the workday. Lifting to 50 lbs. is required. Must be able to move furniture in-order to setup hardware. This position does not require travel.
Pay Range: $70,000 to $85,000
Compensation may vary based on related skills, experience, and relevant key attributes.
