ECI Software Solutions is looking for a ERP & Customer Analytics Manager who will work with the product management and content development teams to implement select analytic tools across multiple products, primarily ERPs, in the Manufacturing division to develop a deep understanding of how our customers are interacting with our software. Once implemented, the ERP & Customer Analytics Manager will track and interpret behavioral analytics and user feedback within our ERP products and help files, developing dashboards and other visual representations to report findings and recommendations to Product Management and Senior Leadership.

Responsibilities

• Tagging product areas using tools like Pendo for product-usage tracking
• Providing Product Managers and Documentation Manager dashboards and data analytics based on product and help file usage
• Setting up in-product notification based on Product Managers, Product Marketing Managers, and Documentation Manager needs and specifications
• Management of roles, profiles, permissions, content, reports, and dashboards on select analytics tools, including Pendo
• Sandbox/Test environment management
• Providing occasional trainings to internal employees
• Research and know best practices for tracking behavioral analytics in-product
• Become can expert on chosen analytics platforms, first Pendo and others as they are adopted
• Documenting best practices for internal team use
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Five years' experience working closely with Pendo or similar tool required
• Two years' experience working with data analytics or product-focused behavioral analytics
• Proven track record of interpreting and presenting data to Senior Leadership
• Ability to think critically
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• High level of business acumen and the ability to apply that to our product data strategy
• Ability to prioritize work independently and deliver projects on time with high quality
• Undergraduate degree or commensurate work experience required

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience implementing Pendo
• Experience with Madcap Flare
• Experience with Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
