Unit-Specific Notes:

• Floating Requirement: This position entails floating between various ER satellite locations in the area, including Goodyear, Camelback, Mesa, Glendale, Surprise, and potentially Laveen. The Director endeavors to establish one as the home base, but Laveen may not be the primary hospital. The schedule will be provided in advance, ensuring awareness of the reporting location.

• COVID Policy: COVID declination is accepted for medical or religious reasons.

• Testing Requirements: Travelers are obligated to pass a dysrhythmia exam before commencement, with a maximum of 2 attempts. Additionally, a pass/fail Sim Lab is mandatory on Day 1 of orientation, and study guides will be provided with first-day instructions.
