Job description

Meta seeks a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join a team of experienced professionals in the Equity Programs team. The position will be responsible for many aspects of Meta’s global Equity Programs. Our ideal candidate is a clear communicator who is exceedingly detail oriented, has excellent knowledge of equity compensation along with managing projects and deadlines.

Equity Programs Analyst Responsibilities:
  • Drive internal and external process improvements across multiple teams and functions including reducing the manual efforts through automation.
  • Acts as a single point of contact, with integrative responsibility for all aspects of assigned projects, from inception to project completion.
  • Solve problems, engage in technical and business discussions, and working with stakeholders
  • Assist with the new hire and annual grant processes.
  • Engage with employees by providing timely responses to their questions via our case management system.
  • Maintain accurate participant data within the equity administration platform.
  • Provide regular and ad hoc reporting to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain trading blackout periods and pre-clearance process.
  • Manage systems adjustments related to vesting suspension.
  • Respond to ad hoc requests from HR, payroll, legal, and accounting.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of stock administration experience.
  • Experience in equity administrative applications

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • CEP level 1 certification.
  • Stock administration experience with a publicly traded global company.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel.
  • Experience with equity taxation & compliance.
  • Experience with EquiView and GAin administration applications.
  • Project managing experience
  • Previous experience using EquiView
