Form of workThis is a role for a Front to Back BAPM working across the Equities Cash Front and Middle office trading technology suite. The role emphasis is on analysis with some project management and is an ideal platform if you are looking to gain further experience in both disciplines. Knowledge of US equity cash markets would be beneficial. You will work closely with Front Office business and developers to drive change across the platform. It would be beneficial for candidates to have a knowledge of US Regulations.
Job Description: The global Cash BAPM team is 34 strong with a team of 6 in the US. The BA are flow engineers with in-depth knowledge of the business and IT systems. This is a highly regarded team who add value to complex cross-system and sometimes cross-business product deliveries. This team works closely with counterparts in APAC and EMEA. The team have knowledge of DMA, Algo, PT, Worked, Position Keeping, Booking, Trade Reporting and Bluesheets.
Must-Have Skills & Qualifications:
Experience working across multiple teams and functions to ensure alignment
\u2022 Ability to adapt quickly to new processes and standards, with a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service
\u2022 Excellent writing and communication skills
\u2022 Knowledge of Cash Equities and/or FX, Derivatives
\u2022 Experience of managing projects that span change in multiple front-office systems and teams
\u2022 Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications and deliver working results

\u2022 Design strategic solutions for new business initiatives.
\u2022 Identify user requirements by working with a number of key individuals from the business and IT, producing high-level business requirements and liaising with development to take these through to a detailed functional specification.

\u2022 Manage business testing through the quality assurance team for key projects.
\u2022 Build relationships and communicate effectively with colleagues in all regions.
