- Operate company vehicle safely and comply with DOT regulations
- Provide technical service including installation and repair of chemical and beverage systems for a broad base of customers within an assigned geographic location
- Interact with customers and vendors in a friendly, timely and quality manner
- Consult customers and sales team to identify equipment and product needs for application
- Manage accounts and provide training for customers
- Review use of chemicals and equipment with customers for optimal use
- Complete documentation promptly
- Attend training as part of continuous improvement, as required
