Your Role:

You will play a crucial part in excavation work, pool installation, truck driving, and providing essential support for various labor needs. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience operating equipment such as skid steers, mini excavators, dump trucks, zip levels, and laser levels. Proficiency in reading and understanding grades is essential for success in this position. With a focus on maintaining and enhancing the appearance and value of our customers' properties, you will bring your attention to detail and commitment to quality to every job. Your responsibilities will include:

• Understand, layout and determine grades & slopes for varies types of landscape, hardscape, or excavating jobs
• Obtain Class A CDL
• Haul materials and equipment with dump trucks
• Ensure proper loading, unloading, and tie down of equipment for transportation
• Operate power equipment including, but not limited to, skid steers, mini excavators, tractors, laser levels, zip levels, and reading & setting grades
• Must be able to read a tape measure and level
• Must be able to regularly lift 90lbs
• Inspect all work for quality to eliminate the need for return visits and/or re-work due to quality or customer satisfaction issues
• Maintain equipment & conduct daily inspections and maintenance on vehicles, tools, and equipment. Keep in proper operating condition by checking fluid levels, greasing parts, and cleaning.
• Assist in other job-related duties including construction projects, shop and yard maintenance, vehicle and equipment maintenance
• Complete and submit all required paperwork on a daily basis, including: daily time and service record forms, equipment daily inspection forms, attendance tracking, requests for time off, etc.
• Leading by example and inspiring your team members
• Maintaining proactive and clear communication with the production team and customers, delivering exceptional customer service
• Collaborating with the sales team and leadership to establish and maintain best practices
