Equipment Operator/Laborer

Job Overview:
We are an underground construction company installing communications and power lines underground by plowing, trenching, and boring. We are looking for people to join our team working out of our shop in Hermantown MN and working in the surrounding area. Experience with operating equipment and horizontal drills is preferred and a drivers license is required. Pay is based on experience.

Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain various types of heavy equipment,
- Perform tasks related to horizontal drilling and building
- Ensure safe and efficient operation of equipment
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on equipment
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time
- Maintain accurate records of equipment usage and maintenance

Skills:
- Proven experience in operating heavy equipment,
- Strong mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting skills
- Proficient in horizontal drilling techniques
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Good communication skills for effective collaboration with team members

• 10 hour shift
• 12 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
