We are seeking an experienced Equipment Operator to join our team. As an Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for operating various types of heavy equipment to complete construction and maintenance projects. This is a vital role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our equipment.

```Duties```

- Operate and maintain heavy equipment such as excavators, bulldozers, backhoes, loaders, graders, and more

- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on equipment

- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment

- Complete assigned tasks within specified timeframes

- Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals

- Maintain accurate records of work performed

```Requirements```

- Valid commercial driver's license

- Proven experience operating heavy equipment

- Strong understanding of safety procedures and guidelines for heavy equipment operation

- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and blueprints

- Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity

- Physical stamina to withstand long hours of standing, sitting, and operating heavy machinery

• 10 hour shift

Experience:

• Heavy equipment operation: 5 years (Preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

• Fargo, ND: Relocate before starting work (Required)
