Position Summary:
- Accurately pick equipment specifically linked to orders
- Ensure that the equipment orders are pulled, packed and ready by the scheduled date of install
- Maintain an accurate calendar for all installs within specific regions, to ensure that the scheduling process and orders are pulled on time
- Notify Warehouse Manager and other necessary parties involved of any issues associated with projects (i.e. damages, wrong product, back-orders, scheduling issues, etc.)
- Pack items neatly, check condition of items sent, and take appropriate action (reduce from inventory)
- Effectively stock primary picking areas and maintain accurate inventory levels in primary bins
- Ensure boxes and equipment labels are kept current when stocking
- Accurately receive equipment, ensuring quantities, serial numbers and multiple components are bundled together, then bin moving into an appropriate bin
- Actively seek to increase efficiency and effectiveness of work processes and make recommendations for improvements in procedures and systems.

Monday through Friday, 9:00AM - 5:30PM

Do These Responsibilities Interest YOU?
- Accurately picks correct equipment specifically linked to a customer's order, checking condition of items, packing them neatly, and reducing from inventory
- Ensures that equipment orders are pulled, packed, and ready by the scheduled date of installation
- Optimizes and schedules all deliveries of equipment with moving and storage partners based on size, cost, installation date, and white glove delivery requirements
- Accurately receives equipment: ensuring quantities, serial numbers, and multiple components are bundled together and moved to appropriate bin
- Notifies key team members of any issues associated with a project in a timely manner
- Submits all claims for damages and lost inventory with required documentation timely to maximize recouping of payment
Do YOU Meet These Requirements?
- Education:
- HS Diploma/GED
- Physical:
- Able to move/lift 50 lbs. unassisted
- Able to withstand temperatures in a typical warehouse environment
- Position spends 100% amount of time standing, walking, lifting, pulling and pushing
- Position may require climbing of ladders for top-level selection
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
