As a Loan Assistant with The Citizens Bank, you will play a crucial role in our Equipment Finance team, supporting our mission of putting "People First." You will be responsible for accurately preparing loan documents and maintaining loan files and records. Collaboration with loan officers and the processing department will be key as you help ensure quick and effective Loan Funding for our valued customers.

To be successful as a Loan Assistant at The Citizens Bank, you should possess strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Being technologically savvy is key. Familiarity with loan processing systems and software is highly desirable. Additionally, excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are necessary to effectively interact with customers and associates. The ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment is crucial since this is a high performing and high production team.
