Responsibilities:
- Safely maneuver box trucks, vans, or vehicles with trailers.
- Be comfortable working in varying weather conditions.
- Engaging in friendly customer service.
- Erecting and dismantling inflatable bounce houses, slides, and obstacle courses, and equipment. Exceeding 50-180 pounds.
- Upholding punctuality, a strong work ethic, and courteous conduct.
- Independently managing deliveries and retrievals of equipment after training.
Requirements of Delivery Driver:
- A valid driver's license.
- At least 1 year of driving or applicable experience preferred.
- Being at least 21 years old.
- A clean driving record, subject to intermittent review.
- No use of addictive products at any point at work.
- Availability for Sunday shifts. (Saturdays for rest)
- Effective communication skills and proficiency in English.
- Must pass the pre-employment process containing a background check and drug test
- Clean motor vehicle report and valid driver’s license
Day in a life of Delivery Driver/Warehouse:
- On a typical day, you would come to work 8:00am (depending on the following day).
- You will drop off deliveries/pickup deliveries.
- Pickup deliveries: you will have to properly tear down/clean after the event.
- You will off load your truck/trailer, clean the equipment/unit that comes back from delivery, and store the equipment/unit where it belongs
- Figure out the day before needs to go out. (time management)
- On light days there will be warehouse work (cleaning, organizing and mostly rearranging of equipment/units)
- Occasionally, workers will have to stay during the event until finished(PAID)
