JOB DESCRIPTIONShift: Hybrid/Remote (on site every Tuesday and when new hires start for training purposes
This position will specifically support clinical roles - providers, nurses, and medical assistants. This position is responsible for developing training curriculum and training plans that ensure that staff receives the initial and ongoing training needed to use Epic effectively. This requires a coordinated and collaborative approach with multiple departments, including Quality Improvement, Revenue Cycle, Dental, Pharmacy, Primary Care, among others. Will supply backup support to the Site Specialist in end-user support as needed.MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS- 2+ years as a Certified Medical Assistant
- 2+ years of Epic experience required, preferably in a clinic and or non/profit Healthcare setting and must be recent
- Previous experience with leading, training, or mentoring fellow employees
- Understanding of workflows, training diagrams, and curriculum as it pertains to EpicDESIRED SKILLS- Previous OCHIN or FQHC experience
- Previous experience/knowledge working in a FQHC environment (Federally Qualified Health Center) which is different from a large Hospital system
- Previous experience as an Epic Trainer, either providing classroom training or elbow to elbow training
