Epic Support Analyst

How you can make an impact: As an Epic Support Analyst you will support the successful implementation of Epic applications for CAMcare. You will participate as a key member of the implementation team and bring your understanding of workflows and technology to assist with project coordination, implementation and site readiness. You’ll be part of an organization that thrives on collaboration, novel thinking and engaging/inclusive communication.

What you will do:
CAMcare is looking for two driven individuals who are not afraid to take on big projects. If you are looking for an opportunity to challenge yourself, grow professionally and help people then you may want to consider this role. Participate in the build of Epic which includes, but is not limited to, creating new Epic users, provider records, preference lists, fee schedules and letter templates.

  • Support the planning, scheduling and facilitation of training sessions.

  • Learn the Epic application to assist the trainers in supporting end-user training.

  • Provide direct support to clinical, operations, and patient care teams to facilitate the introduction, acceptance, integration, and optimal use of the Epic application at CAMcare.

  • Collaborate with leadership and users to identify opportunities for efficiencies in operations, clinical practice support, and improved health outcomes.

  • Provide daily support to Epic applications users through troubleshooting, coaching, and consulting.

  • Test new features and upgrades prior to implementation.

  • Act as project liaison at organization meetings.

What you will Bring:

  • A passion for helping patients.
  • Strong, reliable work ethic.
  • High school diploma and some community college experience or 4-year college degree preferred, or equivalent work experience considered.
  • Demonstrated experience working with Excel, PowerPoint, Word or relevant project management software.
  • Exceptional critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail.
  • Outstanding interpersonal communications skills.
  • Experience working with diverse populations a plus.
  • Flexible and willing to learn new skills.
