Epic Ambulatory Analyst

The job description of an Epic Ambulatory Analyst may include the following responsibilities:

• System Implementation and Optimization:
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand the workflow and requirements for outpatient care.
• Participate in the implementation of the Epic Ambulatory module, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and industry best practices.
• Optimize the use of Epic Ambulatory to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and overall user satisfaction.
• User Support and Training:
• Provide support to end-users, including clinicians, nurses, and administrative staff, to address issues, answer questions, and ensure smooth operations.
• Develop and deliver training programs to educate users on Epic Ambulatory functionality, updates, and best practices.
• Create and maintain documentation to assist users in understanding system features and workflows.
• Workflow Analysis and Improvement:
• Conduct workflow analysis to identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains.
• Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to implement changes that optimize the use of the Epic Ambulatory system while maintaining compliance with industry regulations.
• System Configuration:
• Configure and customize the Epic Ambulatory system to meet the specific needs of the organization.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
