Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university in the educational field
- Applicants who will hold the following credentials by August 28, 2023 are welcome to apply. We will work with applicants whose license is in process.
- Minnesota Teacher License: Elementary Education through 6th Grade, Science 5-8, English Language Arts
- We encourage all applicants to review the MN Tier License System as we will work with applicants in applying for various Tier licenses that they may qualify
- The district is willing to request an out of field permission license as needed
- Minnesota Teacher License: Elementary Education through 6th Grade, Science 5-8, English Language Arts
Benefit Package*:
We offer a highly competitive rewards package that includes:
- Compensation & Paid Leave
- Starting salary for 1.0 FTE BA: $46,248 and MA: $56,760; licensed teaching experience considered for higher placement (pro rated based on FTE)

- Up to 12 sick days and up to 1.5 personal days of leave given yearly

- Medical premiums are covered by the district up to 100% for individual plans and up to $1,169 per month toward family plans. Dental premiums are fully covered by the district for individual and family plans. District contributions to VEBA/HRA accounts for select medical plans.
