Job Summary
The 1st. Shift full-time Fabrication Associatein our Elk Grove, IL facility isn’t just a job – it’s a starting point to an awesome career with a great company. Here’s What You’ll Get To Do
- Read and interpret blueprints and instructions
- Prep parts for assembly utilizing hard tools, punch press, and mills
- Basic spot welding to secure door components
- Package material in preparation for pick up or shipment
- Handle, package, and label architectural doors and frames
Here’s What We’re Looking For
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, basic math, and measurement
- Ability to use machinery and hand tools to fabricate products
- Multi-tasking with good organizational skills
- Regular attendance and the ability to accommodate mandated overtime

Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift/push/pull up to 75 pounds intermittently
- Ability to lift, bend, twist, carry, walk, and reach frequently
- Ability to stand/walk on a concrete floor wearing steel-toe shoes 8-10 hours a day
- Ability to work in a manufacturing environment without temperature control
