The Ohio Environmental Protection Agency wants you to be our newest Environmental Supervisor with the Division of Environmental Response and Revitalization (DERR) at our Central Office in downtown Columbus.

As Environmental Supervisor, you’ll oversee all aspects of DERR’s voluntary action program (VAP), including management of No Further Action Letters (NFAs), technical assistance requests, Memorandum of Agreements (MOA), and post-CNS modifications and remedy changes.
You’ll assist with day-to-day coordination and maintenance of the VAP and coordinate these activities with other affected divisions in the agency and with other governmental agencies, including Ohio Department of Development and U.S. EPA. You’ll develop and implement guidelines ensuring compliance with agency and program policies, procedures, and state and federal laws and rules.
You’ll coordinate the development of regulations, program guidelines, and policies as well as analyze new or revised laws, regulations and guidelines, and determine their efficient implementation and/or need for further modification or revision. You’ll coordinate and prepare reports, manage VAP-related databases and provide technical support to the regulated community, constituents, and other governmental officials.
