We are seeking candidates who will be able to immediately contribute to the delivery of existing projects involving soil, sediment, and groundwater remediation, and to promote growth in existing and new markets.  This position requires excellent organizational and time management skills, flexibility to work on a multitude of diverse projects, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn and incorporate new skills. We seek a candidate with the ability to communicate (orally and in writing) effectively with members of the project team, (clients, regulators, office and site personnel), and to work both independently and as a part of the AECOM team.

The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:

  • Provide technical leadership for environmental remediation projects, including developing scopes of work, budgets, and schedules.
  • Manage or provide review of technical work, including evaluation of remedial alternatives, developing design drawings and specifications, and field activities, in accordance with the contracted scope of work, budget, schedule and legislative/industry standards.
  • Review, coordinate or prepare written reports, work plans, and technical memorandums; analyze data and develop supported conclusions.
  • Assist with development of junior staff through ongoing mentoring.
  • Work collaboratively with other teams within the Remediation department, and professionals across AECOM internal business lines.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to increase project efficiencies, improve technical methodologies and add value to client service offerings.
