Form of workKey Responsibilities:
Assist in monitoring and maintaining compliance with federal, state, and local environmental regulations, including but not limited to EPA, DOT, and OSHA requirements.
Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential environmental hazards and recommend corrective actions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and track environmental improvement initiatives.
Assist in the preparation and submission of regulatory reports and permits.
Support the development of training programs to promote environmental awareness and compliance among employees.
Participate in environmental audits and inspections.
Stay updated on evolving environmental regulations and industry best practices.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Associates or Bachelors Degree in related discipline.
Strong passion for environmental conservation and sustainability.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Basic knowledge of environmental regulations and compliance practices.
Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic work environment.
Valid driver's license and the ability to travel occasionally to various work sites.
