Entry Level Sales Canvasser

J&B West Roofing & Construction is a fast growing, regionally recognized, exterior remodeling expert in the Midwest! The Role

This is an Entry Level Sales support role, where you will be responsible for visiting residential neighborhoods, engaging with homeowners, informing them about the variety of exterior products we offer, and scheduling appointments for our sales team to come out and give estimates on their homes. This is a full-time position, Monday-Thursday 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM with weekend availability. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about sales, possess strong communication skills, and are eager to kick-start their career in the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct door-to-door canvassing in designated neighborhoods to generate leads and identify potential customers.
• Engage with homeowners to introduce our exterior services and explain the benefits.
• Collect and record customer information accurately for follow-up by the sales team.
• Achieve weekly and monthly lead generation targets.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize canvassing strategies and share best practices.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus but not required.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
