Entry Level Sales Associate

We're looking for an Entry Level Sales Associate to join our dynamic team and help us shape the future of new customer acquisitions for our autoglass partners.

As an Entry Level Sales Associate, you will be the face and voice of our autoglass program, responsible for delivering top-notch customer support that drives new customer acquisition and repeat business. You'll engage directly with our diverse customer base and deliver memorable sales experiences. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Assisting customers in person with a friendly, approachable demeanor to improve customer satisfaction and increase customer retention
• Building value to our clients services by educating their customers on auto glass options, repairs and replacements
• Comparing and optimizing solutions to meet customer’s needs and documenting all auto glass damage in order to prepare report for the insurance claim
• Keeping in contact with customers over the phone to confirm transactions are completed and installation dates are set
• Training with the upper management team on a daily basis to ensure knowledge of client’s promotions, products, sales, and structure is updated and retained
• Collaborating as a team with fellow Customer Support, Sales, and Leadership members to exceed client’s projected goals

Entry Level Sales AssociateRequirements:

• A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and navigate digital tools and systems.
• Empathy and the ability to understand and relate to the millennial demographic.
• Adaptability and a proactive attitude towards problem-solving.
• Previous customer support experience is a plus but not required.

Pay: $42,000.00 - $53,000.00 per year
