We are partnered with one of the nation’s largest essential service providers, whose goal is to increase their customer base while maintaining loyalty from their current customers. Sales Associate Responsibilities:
- Join fellow team members during daily residential outreach campaigns with the goal of signing up new customers or upgrading current ones
- Receiving and mastering all front-end training from leadership and management in order to become an expert in the role
- Following client compliance standards when working with customers while maintaining the utmost professionalism
- Becoming an expert in all client product knowledge to be able to effectively educate and answer customer inquiries
- Learn the fundamentals of the sales process to be able to complete customer sales and achieve client satisfaction
- Keep a detailed record of all customer interactions to send to clients in order to keep customer records up to date
- Work directly with other Client Support Representatives in order to learn from one another and assist in the development of all
- Contribute in daily company meetings with any ideas or feedback on how to improve our company as a whole
Requirements of a Sales Associate:
- High School Diploma/GED or Bachelor’s Degree is preferred
- 0-3 years of experience in customer service, sales, or other customer-facing roles
- Proficient communication skills to be able to communicate with customers, clients, and internally
- A drive to rise above the status quo, and do more than the bare minimum expected
- An unmatched work ethic coupled with a never-ending thirst for knowledge
- A passion for working with people, both internally and externally
- An ability to be coached and trained, and a want to mentor others
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $750.00 - $1,200.00 per week
