We are pleased to announce that Greenspire is seeking an Entry Level Sales to join our team! The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing the activities of the Field Enrollment Representative. Introducing him/herself for the first time, to homeowners, and educating them on how to enroll in one of many saving programs that we offer at Greenspire.

Responsibilities:

*This is not a remote position*

• Face to face/In person sales

• Outside sales/Generating leads

• 100% Customer Service oriented

• Client interaction to build a solid relationship

• Setting appointments/Helding appointments

• Help families saving money through our saving programs

• Track monthly results and trends for business forecasting

• Work together with District Managers to perform your role

• Communicate with decision makers for outstanding performance

• Adjust daily schedule for shift personnel to ensure optimal efficiency

• Aggregate appointments to enroll homeowners into savings programs

• Work with program facilitators to save homeowners maximized savings

• Become the first point of contact to consumers that want to know more about solar energy, and educate them on how to be part of the next generation that will benefit from enrolling in our saving programs

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in marketing, sales, retail, customer service, outside sales, or other related fields that involve face to face interaction with customers

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

• Excellent written and communication skills

• Strong leadership qualities

• Organizational skills

• Teamwork oriented

• Mission driven

Duties include but not limited to:

• Interact with customers at a professional level, able to work both independently and as part of a multi-tasking team

• Accomplish certain metrics and weekly goals to reach your numbers

Necessary Skills and Experience:

• Sales (Outside sales, Inside sales, cold calling, generating leads, canvassing..)

• Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills

Benefits:

With our base offer + bonus and commission structure you can make it up to $65-$125K annually.

Training:

We will provide you with training for the first 6 weeks. Additionally, you will be eligible starting day one to generate commissions to start your journey with Greenspire, as a successful Solar Consultant.
