We are a leading manufacturer of centrifugal pumps located in Clackamas, Oregon, and Vancouver, WA with more than 77 years in the business and growing rapidly! We manufacture centrifugal pumps for a wide variety of industries, including Agricultural, Industrial, Municipal, Rental, and Mining Industries.
Cornell Pump Company is looking for a full-time, entry-level Quality Assurance Software Developer. This is a hybrid role and will require the individual to be on-site at least 1 day/week for our Clackamas, OR location.
This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development of software telematic solutions enabling remote monitoring and operation of equipment.
Salary Range: $50,000 – $74,000 (DOE)

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Write automated tests
- Perform manual tests
- Document test procedures
- Write and communicate steps to reproduce bugs and issues
- Work with the software team to help resolve bugs and learn about architecture
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
- A solid understanding of software testing best practices.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Computer/Electrical Engineering or related fields preferred.
- One year of Software bootcamp certification in lieu of a bachelor's degree will be considered.
