Doherty Staffing is currently partnering with a leading manufacturing company in Little Falls, MN that is on the cutting edge of the treat and petfood production. We are seeking candidates for Utility Operators on all shifts. Compensation for these contract opportunities is $17.00-$18.50 per hour, depending on shift. Interested? Get more details below!

What a Utility Operator will do:
- Produce the required quantity of batched recipes within established specifications and tolerances and according to production plan
- Inspect raw materials and in process materials as necessary ensuring compliance with function, quality, and recipe specifications
- Perform pre-operational equipment checks, preventative maintenance tasks, and process inspections
- Support the Operators, learning their role and providing a variety of tasks both mechanical and manual in nature
- Responsible for housekeeping of the machines, and plant area (e.g., sweeping, removing trash, cleaning the machine at the end of the shift, preparing for next shift's production)
What you need to be a Utility Operator:
- Demonstrated ability to follow oral and written instruction
- Ability to stand, walk, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl with or without reasonable accommodations
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds with or without reasonable accommodations
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Willingness to wear steel toe boots and required PPE #worknow
