Job Title: Production Support Technician

Direct-Hire – Full-time Opportunity

Location: North Phoenix, AZ – On-Site Role

Hours – MUST be flexible to work Day or Night Shift – 12 hour days 6 am-6 pm and 6 pm -6 am 

Relocation – available

Overview:

As a Production Support Technician in this entry-level position, your primary responsibility will be to monitor a fully automated manufacturing floor for errors and discrepancies. You will play a key role in identifying errors in processing codes or data and memorizing module defect codes to ensure swift and accurate responses. This role involves supporting standard operating procedures, conducting significant data analysis, implementing lean manufacturing principles, identifying bottlenecks, and creating solutions to optimize production efficiency.

Duties:

• Monitor fully automated manufacturing processes for errors.
• Identify and address errors in processing codes or data.
• Memorize module defect codes for efficient issue resolution.
• Support and adhere to standard operating procedures.
• Conduct data analysis, particularly in lean manufacturing, to identify bottlenecks and propose effective solutions.

What’s Required? / Technical Skills

• Experience in MS Office including Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
• 2-8 years of experience
• STEM background
• Attention to Detail and memorization of processing data

Education / Certifications

• High School Diploma required
