You Will:
- Report all equipment issues to managers and repair technicians
- Have desire and ability to do basic troubleshooting on an automated line
- Ensure all employees are trained to operate equipment properly and safely, according to manufacturer’s recommendations
- Advocate for Conagra's quality and safety standards
- Manage staff and work assigned for efficiency and safety
- Work within a plantwide team to achieve results
- Record/Log all production data accurately and be detailed
You Have:
- Must be able to perform basic math (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division)
- Ability to communicate in written and verbal form
- Be able stand and walk for extended periods of time, working 12 hour shifts, 3-4 weekdays a week
- Be able to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Must be able to work and succeed in a fast paced environment and adapt to change
- Aware of food safety risks and escalates found risks to lead/supervisor.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred, but not required
