Job Description Qualifications:
Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) and Boeing Global Services (BGS) are seeking Entry-Level or Associate Multidiscipline Engineers to join our team in Long Beach orSeal Beach, California.

We have several opportunities available with teams in both Seal Beach - Customer Support and Long Beach - SoCal Global Design Center and Long Beach - Boeing Global Services. We are looking for aerospace, aerodynamics, airplane performance, mechanical, electrical, and systems engineers to support Maintenance, Systems, Avionics, Electrical, Structures, Flight Operations, and Modifications & Conversions teams.

Position Responsibilities:

• Assists with the development and documentation of basic requirements via drawings, data sets, reports, specifications and supporting data
• Develops or modifies basic designs based on defined requirements
• Performs tests to verify operational and functional requirements
• Assists in monitoring suppliers' performance to ensure compliance with requirements. Supports resolution of product integration issues and production anomalies
• Researches basic technologies for potential application to company business needs
• Assists other members of project or program teams, management, and technical staff to define and implement engineering solutions to meet group, organization, and company objectives

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.
This position must meet export control compliance requirements. To meet export control compliance requirements, a "U.S. Person" as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 is required. "U.S. Person" includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• Bachelor's degree or higher in an engineering related discipline

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• 1 or more year' experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience

Typical Education & Experience:
Entry-Level: Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education from an accredited course of study in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry (e.g. Bachelor) or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience. In the USA, ABET accreditation is the preferred, although not required, accreditation standard
Associate: Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education from an accredited course of study in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 2 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. Master). In the USA, ABET accreditation is the preferred, although not required, accreditation standard
