Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse to join our healthcare team. As a Nurse, you will provide direct patient care, administer medications, and assist with various medical procedures. Your primary goal will be to ensure the well-being and comfort of our patients. Duties: - Perform physical examinations and health assessments - Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians - Monitor patients' vital signs and document observations - Assist with triage and prioritize patient needs based on urgency - Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans - Educate patients and their families on health conditions, medications, and self-care techniques - Maintain accurate medical records and documentation - Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain a safe environment for patients and staff - Provide health coaching and support to promote wellness Qualifications: - Valid nursing license in [STATE] - Proven experience as a Nurse in a hospital or clinical setting - Proficient in conducting physical examinations and assessments - Knowledge of medical standards, procedures, and protocols - Experience administering injections and medications - Familiarity with electronic medical record systems (e.g., eClinicalWorks) - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment - Compassionate, empathetic, and patient-centered approach to care We offer competitive compensation and benefits packages for our Nurses. Pay: $44.95 - $49.39 per hour
