• Our hours are 8 am - 5 pm Monday through Friday.
• Starts out Hourly + Bonuses and moves to Base + Commissions.

• Only in-office positions are available.

$40,000 - $60,000+ yearly

• Analyze customer needs to determine the best type of Medicare coverage for their circumstances
• Answer questions from customers regarding their coverage options and provide guidance as needed
• Communicate with customer service staff to ensure a positive customer experience
• Process customer applications and review documents for accuracy
• Identify customer eligibility for specific services and provide information on available benefits

• Must be able to pass a background check
• High school diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent
• Exceptional negotiating, interpersonal, presentation, persuasion, and communication skills
• Professional customer service skills and ability to develop good customer relationships
• Ability to work independently and be self-motivated
