Job Description of the Entry Level Mechanic / Apprentice
- Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of manufacturing equipment and machinery.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues and ensure prompt resolution.
- Complete repairs and replacements of defective or worn-out parts
- Document repair and maintenance activities and keep accurate records.
- Optimize equipment performance through adjustments and calibration.
- Assemble, install, and maintain mechanical systems, machinery, and equipment.
- Troubleshoot machinery and perform routine preventative maintenance.
- Read, interpret, and follow instructions and operation manuals.
- Maintain a schedule for inspecting, servicing, and testing machinery.
- Clean, repair and install equipment and parts as needed.
Experience of the Entry Level Mechanic / Apprentice
- Must Have Trade School
- 2 plus years of experience
- Ability to handle tools.
