Entry Level Marketing Assistant / Commute Required

We are looking to hire a compassionate Entry Level Marketing Assistant to oversee and coordinate special campaign events, authorize retailer pop up locations, and team management. The right match for the role will have superb communication skills, previous teamwork or leadership experience, and be prompt and professional.

Marketing Assistant Overall Objective Duties Include:

1 ● Coordinate all activities related to client events and educational workshops

2 ● Ensure all marketing materials are in compliance with clients

3 ● Get all seminar materials (packets, handouts, rep necessities) ready for events

4 ● Maintain marketing compliance

5 ● Additional marketing assignments as assigned

6 ● Develop and maintain relationships with outside vendors and associates

7 ● Coordinate and implement business and marketing projects from concept to completion

Marketing Assistant Requirements:

1 ● A desire to help the community

2 ● Solution oriented mindset

3 ● Work experience in a similar role is a plus, but not required

4 ● Excellent communication skills

5 ● Outgoing personality and positive attitude

6 ● Ability to remain calm throughout trying situations

7 ● Ability to work individually as well as with a team

This is an immediate hire opportunity that requires a daily commute.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Internship

Pay: $700.00 - $1,200.00 per week

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
