Entry Level Manager Trainee

WWT, Inc. is a fast-growing retail sales marketing firm in western Wisconsin; we are looking to grow our team by adding HIGHLY motivated people in order to keep up with the demands of our Clients in the telecommunications industry!

This is an Entry Level position, so no experience is required!

We are focused on growth here at WWT, INC. and pride ourselves on providing an all-encompassing level of training which has led to our reps making up to $1,800 a week with no prior sales experience!

Responsibilities include:

• Present, promote and sell products/services using varying sales techniques and knowledge of products
• Establish, develop and maintain positive customer relationships
• Create and achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales goals consistently
• Assist team with executing weekly goals and attending weekly meetings
• Demonstrate steady growth in the field
• Uphold client demands of high-quality customer experience
• Maintain compliant practices in execution of client demands
