Entry Level Manager Responsibilities:

• Execute the day-to-day field operations including sales, customer service, and account support while monitoring team performance and working with senior Level Managers to improve KPIs
• Understands the overarching company strategy, as well as communicates and models the core values of the organization, to create a sense of teamwork and membership among employees
• Educates new potential customers on sales promotions, services, and the benefits of our brand vs the competition
• Handles customer concerns and ensures an appropriate resolution
• Attend and participate in-office meetings to increase sales margins and improve customer satisfaction rating
• Provides product feedback to their direct leader, including recommendations regarding improving the consumer experience and product/service packages
• Complies with all established company policies and procedures while upholding the security and confidentiality of documents and data

Entry Level Manager Requirements:

• 1-3 years of prior knowledge in a Leadership role, Customer Service, Sales, or Client Relations is preferred
• Degree in Business, Marketing, Business Administration or related fields of study
• Roles in leadership positions and/or teams in school and at work.
• Ability to learn quickly and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• High-energy, self-motivated team player with the ability to multitask.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Personable people who have built strong and lasting relationships with others.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $63,910.00 per year

Weekly day range:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

Ability to Relocate:

• Chester, PA: Relocate before starting work (Required)
