Looking for an opportunity in the Cannabis Industry? CHO Dispensary is actively seeking to add a team member. We were founded in 2021 in Saranac, MI and have since opened an additional location in Stanton, MI. Prior experience is preferred, but not required. Here at CHO, we look for individuals who are highly motivated, have excellent interpersonal skills, are capable of learning about a new and ever-growing industry, and can work in a diverse and fast-paced work environment. Available position is for the Entry Level Management role. This role includes learning CRA guidelines, front desk check-ins, assisting customers with product purchases, weighing flower, and continuing cannabis education. As an Entry Level Manager/Budtender, you will be responsible for providing guidance and assistance to other store associates. In addition, you will maintain strong individual sales performance levels, and assists with merchandising and operational tasks to help the store deliver the best possible customer experience. This is an Entry Level management position to serve as a steppingstone and growth opportunity into a future store leadership role.

Able to multitask and pay strong attention to detail in a fast-paced & high-urgency environment. Able to complete tasks thoroughly in a timely manner.
• Selling: Able to assist customers in store with their purchase. Active listening with the customers, making sound recommendations based off their needs.
• Technology Skills: Able to navigate and learn new technology and retail systems, equipment, and computer programs needed to fulfill communication, customer service, and business needs & expectations.

Responsibilities:

• Active listening with the customers, making sound recommendations based off their needs
• Cashiering
• Ensuring that the dispensary is always clean and well-organized.
• Educating customers on the safe use of cannabis
• Correctly weighing, packaging, and labeling cannabis products
• Checking customers' identification documents to verify eligibility for entry
• Taking inventory of cannabis products and ensuring that the sales floor is adequately stocked.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
