Compensation:$35,000 - $75,000 at plan yearly
Responsibilities:- Serve as an attentive listener when communicating with new and potential clients in order to accurately identify their unique needs prior to pursuing specific Insurance Sales
- Develop risk management strategies for each customer to ensure his or her policy needs are continuously met
- Stay abreast of any changes to rules or policies within the insurance agency to effectively amend insurance programs for existing and prospective clients
- Maintain a portfolio of existing customers and pursue Insurance Sales with new clients by using sales strategies that may include cold calling and networking
- Keep an accurate log of sales databases, client reports, bookkeeping records, and more to share progress toward goals with key stakeholders

- Ability to understand the needs and financial concerns of clients
- Ability to educate clients on how to plan ahead for the future financially so that they are prepared for unfortunate life events/ circumstances they may encounter
- Promote customized ways for clients to achieve their long-term financial goals
- Cultivating relationships, with a view to helping every family member or individual pursue financial security
- Ability to build an insurance and financial practice through establishing professional networks and prospecting for new clients
- Providing compassion and guidance to clients when unfortunate life circumstances arise
- Having a clear focus on developing and maintaining long-term bonds with clients, resulting in trust and continuity of community over time
- Basic understanding of sales lead or accounting software is helpful
- Open to embracing the insurance industry and becoming educated about its relevant state and federal regulations
- High school diploma necessary; college degree a bonus
- Candidates must have or be willing to get an insurance license
- Basic computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office suite is required
