We seek a number of motivated individuals looking to develop a career in the land negotiation and acquisition field. Training & mentorship will be provided in all aspects of land, right-of-way and real estate activities, including securing property rights of various related agreements such as lease and easement acquisition, fee land purchases, permit rights, encroachments resolutions and settlements of damage claims. This position works under general supervision.
Requirements
· Experience working in a team environment
· Higher Education learning from a college or university, and /or equivalent work experience, paralegal or military service
· Well-balanced interpersonal skills and strong verbal and written communications skills
· Proficiency with computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite
· Reliable transportation
· Pass background check
· Capacity to keep calm in a high pressure, fast-paced environment by planning and organizing workload, adjusting to changing priorities

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 – 50 per week
