We are looking for a highly motivated Entry Level HVAC Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in HVAC maintenance and repair, and a willingness to learn and grow in the field. The Entry Level HVAC Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on a variety of HVAC systems.

We are looking for a highly motivated Entry Level HVAC Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in HVAC maintenance and repair, and a willingness to learn and grow in the field. The Entry Level HVAC Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on a variety of HVAC systems.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems, including cleaning coils, replacing filters, and checking refrigerant levels.
- Troubleshoot HVAC systems and identify and repair issues such as leaks, faulty parts, and malfunctioning equipment.
- Perform basic repairs on HVAC systems, including replacing parts and wiring components.
- Follow safety protocols and use personal protective equipment (PPE) when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair work.
- Communicate with customers and team members to provide updates on maintenance and repair work and answer questions.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Technical training in HVAC maintenance or related field is preferred but not required.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to learn quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Willingness to work outside of regular business hours when necessary.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to work in cramped spaces and at heights.
- Ability to stand, bend, and kneel for extended periods of time.
- Ability to work in hot and cold environments.
