Entry Level Exhibit Fabricator

Job description

Southern Custom Exhibits is a nationally known exhibit fabrication company. SCE is a family-owned business that has been in business for over 35 years and has completed hundreds of one-of-a-kind projects in National Park Sites, and other Federal, State, and Privately owned museums throughout the United States. These places include the Grand Canyon, Lincoln Memorial, and Grand Tetons just to name a few.

• Assist experienced fabricators throughout the facility to complete exhibit projects.
• Tasked with helping keep all work areas organized and clean.
• Tasks could also include simple painting and woodworking.
• Operating a forklift to organize and store materials.
• Traveling along with a crew for exhibit installation is necessary.
• Must be interested in learning skills and techniques from our experienced fabricators.
• Additional on-the-job training will be provided.
• Must be able to lift materials up to 80 lbs
• Will be hired under a 90-day probationary period.

DETAILS

• Work hours are Monday - Thursday, 7:00 AM - 5:45 PM (Plus overtime when necessary)
• Starting Pay Range $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
