We are hiring! We are looking for an ambitious leader with a strong sense of community to join our rapidly expanding team. The Customer Outreach Associate will work directly with the Senior Customer Outreach Manager to facilitate and execute all of our designated community relations and community outreach events. The Customer Outreach Associate will be required to interact directly with potential customers at our various community based events with the goal of increasing revenue and awareness for our clients.
Customer Outreach Associate Responsibilities:
- Work with upper management to create community focused outreach campaigns for our non-profit clients
- Assist team members with revenue generation and brand recognition initiatives at community based events
- Create a strong sense of connection and create lasting relationships with members of our community
- Spread awareness and educate members of the community on our non-profit partners outreach initiatives both nationwide and locally
- Participate in team meetings at our office
- Maintain current knowledge of all marketing and sales strategies
Customer Outreach Associate Requirements:
- A strong sense of community and the desire to give back is preferred
- A people-person who is extremely comfortable working with members of the community
- Previous experience in a community outreach or volunteer position preferred
- 1-3 years of experience in a customer service, marketing or sales position
- Must be able to travel locally around the local area
- Must be able to work full time hours
This position involves direct customer interactions.
Pay: Paid training period followed by performance based pay

Pay: $600.00 - $1,000.00 per week
