Entry Level Cook

Easton Wine Project is looking for a line cook to round out our Back of House Team. Our cooks prepare delicious seasonal meals according to the menu. Responsibilities will include:

• Set up workstations with all needed ingredients and cooking equipment
• Prepare ingredients to use in cooking following Chef's recipes
• Cook food according to Chef's instructions
• Ensure great presentation by plating dishes according to EWP standards
• Keep a sanitized and orderly environment in the kitchen
• Ensure all food and other items are stored properly
• Check quality of ingredients
• Monitor stock and inform Chef when there are shortages
• Ability to follow opening/closing checklists
• Assist in writing prep lists for following day

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
