Easton Wine Project is looking for a line cook to round out our Back of House Team. Our cooks prepare delicious seasonal meals according to the menu. Responsibilities will include:
- Set up workstations with all needed ingredients and cooking equipment
- Prepare ingredients to use in cooking following Chef's recipes
- Cook food according to Chef's instructions
- Ensure great presentation by plating dishes according to EWP standards
- Keep a sanitized and orderly environment in the kitchen
- Ensure all food and other items are stored properly
- Check quality of ingredients
- Monitor stock and inform Chef when there are shortages
- Ability to follow opening/closing checklists
- Assist in writing prep lists for following day

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
