Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Community Outreach team to plan and execute fundraising events focused on community engagement and awareness.
- Assist in cultivating and strengthening relationships with community partners, donors, and stakeholders to further our fundraising efforts.
- Support in donor engagement and registration processes, ensuring seamless participation and ongoing communication regarding our initiatives.
- Generate detailed reports on community outreach activities and donor interactions, providing essential feedback for strategy enhancement.
- Actively participate in training sessions to expand knowledge about our mission and maintain compliance with fundraising standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Communication, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Strong communication skills and a passion for community engagement and charitable causes.
- Ability to multitask, work independently, and manage time effectively in a dynamic event-driven environment.
- Proficiency in maintaining positive relationships with diverse stakeholders and demonstrating exceptional teamwork.
- Eagerness to learn, adapt, and contribute to the success of fundraising events.
- Previous volunteer work or involvement in community-based projects is a plus.
