Job Description
DLA Piper is seeking an Entry Level Associate to join the Tax group in the Fall of 2024 in the Chicago, New York, San Francisco, Boston, Palo Alto, Los Angeles or Seattle offices. This position is open to current Tax LLM students or third year law students with an anticipated graduation date of Spring 2024. Candidates with an interest in tax and an undergraduate degree in business is preferred. We are seeking exceptional law students with an entrepreneurial mindset, who are motivated to build their legal skills and gain insight into client needs. We value innovators and creative thinkers. Physical Demands, Work Environment, and Other Requirements
Sedentary work: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time. Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally, and all other sedentary criteria are met.

Pay Transparency
The expected annual pay for this position, if hired to work in either New York City, California or Washington is $ 225,000 per year. The compensation offered to a candidate selected for employment will be dependent upon various factors, including the candidate's geographic market, skills, educational and professional background, experience, and overall qualifications.
