The Enterprise Software Developer for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for designing, developing, testing, and implementing global enterprise solutions. They will also support our Document Management and PLM software solutions.
This position is part of the IT Commercial and Quality organization and can be located in Brea, CA, Miami, FL, or Chaska, MN and will be a hybrid position. At Beckman Coulter, our vision is to relentlessly reimagine healthcare, one diagnosis at a time.
You will be a part of the PLM and Document Management team and report to the IT Senior Manager responsible for Global Enterprise Quality, Training, Documentation, and Manufacturing solutions. If you thrive in a Innovative role and want to work to build a world-class IT organization-read on.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Design, develop, test, and implement Global Enterprise Document Management and PLM software solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and develop software solutions that meet those requirements
• Develop detailed software design documents and user manuals
• Provide technical support to end-users and resolve software issues
• Participate in code reviews and software testing to ensure high-quality software development

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
• 5+ years of software development experience, or 3+ with Masters degree, or 0+ with a doctoral degree
• Expertise in Enterprise Software Development is preferred
• Proven experience developing software applications using Java and Oracle database technologies. Node.js or React development experience are a plus but not required
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC)

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Documentum (Document Management) and/or Oracle PLM software architecture, design, and development is preferable but not required.

The salary range for this role is $90-$130K. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.
This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.#L1-WT1
