No coffee runners work here in the summer, you will do real work that you can add to your resume once you have completed this program. As an Enterprise Risk Management Intern, you will...

• Support and contribute to the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) Program.
• Identify, analyze, and monitor trends in Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) and other additional risk metric data.
• Participate in Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSAs) discussions with business unit leadership.
• Support the completion of RCSA workpapers, including Risk & Control Matrices, Risk Reports, and process maps.
• Input and maintain risk and control data within the Archer GRC software.
• Support and contribute to the Model Risk Management (MRM) Program.
• Perform and document testing and validation procedures for a sample of Company models.
• Document and understand new models implemented by the business unit(s).
• Support and contribute to the public company required SOX 404 Program.
• Complete internal control evaluations.
• Assist the business unit to analyze root cause of testing exceptions.
• Update and create department training materials, including procedures, job aids, and templates.
• The goal is that you will take what you have learned in your course work, apply it to your projects and then implement those solutions or recommendations.
• Have both a manager and mentor to help guide your through our program and your day-to-day work.
• Be given the opportunity to deliver a final presentation of your project/s results and make business recommendations to your department, team members and Company leadership.

Requirements
What we are looking for...

• Have completed at least your sophomore year of college. Graduates are welcome to apply as well.
• All degree programs will be considered.
• High school diploma or GED from an accredited institution required.
• Exhibit these core disciplines: Teamwork, Communication, Critical Thinking, Integrity, Self-Discipline, and Adaptability.
