This position is located at our Central Office in Jefferson City and requires at least three days a week of in office work.

Reporting
  • Updates, develops, generates, and analyzes monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual reports including Internal Controls over Financial reporting, used to assess potential risk and convey key portfolio trends
  • Determines accuracy of information, when follow-up action is required, and when to escalate to supervisor
  • Contributes to management of report frequency, priority, and distribution
  • Serves as subject matter expert and enhances efficiencies for Risk Management reporting
  • Manages, monitors, and reports large customer total line of credit for attribution and concentration reporting for internal and external stakeholders
  • Adopts, maintains, and stays current of enhancements to software programs from 3rd party vendor for stress test and reporting
  • Risk data expert, assessing data quality and adjustments required for analysis and modeling process

Analysis
  • Collaborates with association peers and leadership to conduct strategic portfolio management analysis, portfolio sensitivity analysis and analysis of risk, utilizing portfolio analysis resources and industry information
  • Synthesizes, interprets, and communicates association performance, soundness, and risk to association stakeholders
  • Determines content and presentation of findings for required documentation to fulfill association procedural requirements, audit review, and regulator review summary analysis
  • Collaborates with association peers and leadership to conduct association Stress Test analysis
  • Serve as member of the Allowance Workgroup and in coordination with workgroup generate, analyze, and communicate CECL forecast and estimate
  • Determines relevant information/trends to escalate to supervisor
  • Determines relevant data risk and appropriate actions or resources required to eliminate risk

Required Skills

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in agribusiness, agricultural economics, business administration, statistics, mathematics, or a related field
  • 4 years of credit and data management/analysis experience
  • Or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job

Required Knowledge and Skills
  • Skill in using Microsoft technologies including e-mail, word, and spreadsheet processing
  • General knowledge of loan systems and database reporting
  • Skill in analytics
  • Skill in utilizing a systematic approach to problem solving
  • Skill in balancing logic and intuition to make sound decisions in a timely manner
  • Skill in credit analysis
  • Oral and written communication skills, sufficient to discuss a variety of job-related topics, and to effectively communicate complex topics to a variety of audiences
  • Responsible to appropriately protect the confidentiality, security, and integrity of the Association's systems and data and clients' data
